My 10K challenge has reached it's designated end point (yesterday actually). As stated already that does not mean it's going to end this time. Instead it's just a good time for an evaluation.

I mentioned several days ago that I'm getting better at my workout. I didn't mention my response. I added a 2min job to my 30min workout.

The 10K challenge has taken a turn these last few days. After forcing myself past my initial failure I hit a new type of wall not previously mentioned in my marathon list.

Two things happened this last week worth noting for the 10K challange. I fully realized I don’t want to work out. And I'm getting better at it. This is step 4 of change, of the marathon.

A simple note about the 10K. First the log will always be a day or so behind for obvious reasons. I cant say the number of steps until I have done them.

First a note on my project of building a habit of working out and finding alternatives to Prilosec for my stomach issues. In the future I'll just call this my 10K goals.

Pain, injury. Sciatica specifically in this case. It's the major obstacle sort of forgot in my listing reasons I have failed commitments in the past.
