Two things happened this last week worth noting for the 10K challange. I fully realized I don’t want to work out. And I'm getting better at it. This is step 4 of change, of the marathon.

A simple note about the 10K. First the log will always be a day or so behind for obvious reasons. I cant say the number of steps until I have done them.

First a note on my project of building a habit of working out and finding alternatives to Prilosec for my stomach issues. In the future I'll just call this my 10K goals.
